A magnificent native fern forming a strong clump. Fronds pinnate-pinnatifid, lance-shaped, glossy, dark green. In spring, the unfurling croziers cloaked with large ginger scales, are stunning. For cool spots, in acidic and humusy soils, and even chalky, in shade or light shade. Once established in the garden, it is drought tolerant. Evergreen. Height : 120cm. Width : 100cm. Hardiness : -30°C.
