The rhizome is short-creeping. The lamina is arranged in a horizontal fan, , on an upright stipe. Very sophisticated and elegant, it forms bright green clumps. The young fronds are green. It enjoys acidic or chalky soils, woodland compost, regular water, good drainage and shade or light shade. Be careful with slugs and snails on the young fronds. Semi-evergreen. Height : 30/50cm.
